Maintaining your work-life balance is a priority for us. Overtime shouldn’t be a recurring pattern, especially for your mental health. Reach out to your manager if you ever feel your workload is too heavy. We feel that a good work-life balance means taking breaks to eat.

Vacation days

We do vacation accrual—simply put, you earn vacation time for every pay period. For years 1 and 2 you’ll earn 3 weeks per year. From year 3 onwards, you’ll earn 4 weeks.

Year 0-2 = 3 weeks vacation
Year 3+ = 4 weeks vacation

1 pay period = 5 vacation hours
8 vacation hours = 1 full vacation day

Sick leave & mental health

You’ve got 7 sick days off to take care of yourself, your mental health, or a family member.

New parents & pregnancy

We offer time off for parenting milestones, like birth and adoption, as well as leave for disability due to pregnancy.

Paid sabbatical

After six years we offer six weeks paid sabbatical for you to recharge, work on that screenplay, chill on the beach—it’s up to you. At ten years, it increases to 10 weeks.

Coming back

When you’re ready to return from leave, our P+C team will help accommodate your needs for transitioning back to work.

Time Off
